Feb. 27, 2007. 12:30 PM. Finally lunch at No Problem Sutukil. Earlier that morning our tour guide mentioned about lunch at sutukil. The word itself sounded like something that needed to be killed in front of us and served as our lunch or worst something that we need to kill for us to have lunch. Later he explained that SUTUKIL actually means, SUGBA, TULA, and KILAW. A Philippine native cuisine. Thats sounds better.
It was indeed a feast, the fishes were big and fresh, the squids were cooked in a sweet and sour style. The kinilaw was yummy as ever. The tinula really fills our throat with the suiting taste.
After we full our tanks with all the seafoods, we strolled around the area and found many stalls selling souvenir items. There were bracelets, necklace beads, hats, jewelries, tshirts with cebu prints and some Cebu delicacies like dried mangoes, kalamayhati, and of course who could not resist the UTAP.
