Feb. 27, 2007. 6:00 PM. Our first dinner in Cebu was at Hotel Nikkei. After we were picked up from SM by our respective buses, we paved our way through Cebu traffic to have our dinner in Nikkei.

The bus parked 2 blocks away from Nikkei. We lined up and walked to the location.

There were a lot of comments about the dinner that night. The system itself was choatic and not systemized. Long and exhausting lines were choked with delayed services. Food was not good and scarse. There were others who didn't have enough viand and there even others who had their share later after their hunger passed.

In the end, everybody had their fill and went back to the bus and ready to retire back to the hotel.
